League manager

Divisions, fixtures, standings and officials — the whole competition, without the spreadsheet.

3 of 24 areas — the rest belong to somebody else's job.

League management

Run the competition, not just a team in it.

Divisions and seasons

Age groups, skill levels, conferences — each with its own table and its own fixture list.

Fixture generator

Every team plays every team, at a field that is open, at a time neither side is already booked. Home and away spread evenly. What takes a weekend by hand takes one press.

Venues and availability

Set when each field is open and nothing gets scheduled onto a closed one. Clashes are flagged even after you drag a game somewhere else.

Standings that compute themselves

Points, tiebreakers and form worked out from results every time the page loads — so a score corrected two weeks late re-tables the season instantly. No spreadsheet.

Your scoring rules

Three points for a win, or a win–loss record, or two points and a draw. Tiebreakers in the order your rulebook says, head-to-head included.

Results with confirmation

Coaches report, the league confirms. A score from one club is a claim until somebody with authority agrees — which is the difference between a table and an argument.

Forfeits done properly

A forfeit awards the points without inventing a scoreline, so nobody's goal difference is decided by a game that was never played.

Points adjustments

Deduct for an ineligible player. It shows beside the team on the table, so nobody has to guess why the numbers do not add up.

Discipline

Cautions, ejections, suspensions and fines against a player or a club, with matches served tracked.

Entry and fees

A link any club can use to enter a team — no account needed first. Take the entry fee by card, per team or per player, or run it free.

Volunteers with the right access

Coordinators scoped to one division, scorekeepers who can only enter results. A league role is separate from someone's club role, so a coach can volunteer without losing anything.

Announcements

To every club, or to one division. Pinned when it matters.

Playoff brackets

Seeded from the table or in an order you choose, with byes placed properly so the top seeds start in round two. Winners move up the moment a score is saved.

Referee assignment

Assign officials to games, with double-bookings and unavailable dates caught before you commit. Nobody is ever given a game involving their own club.

Referee pay

Rates per official, snapshotted at assignment so a raise in March does not repay February. See what is owed to whom and mark it settled.

Enforced eligibility

Age against your own cutoff date — not today, so nobody ages out mid-season — plus roster limits, waivers, freeze dates and suspensions. Flag it or stop it, your choice.

A public league page

Standings, fixtures, results and the bracket at your own address. Nothing is visible until you publish it.

Leagues that play each other

Interlock with a neighbouring league for crossover fixtures. Both sides have to agree, and crossover results stay out of both tables.

Your own website

A public site that builds itself from the program you already keep here.

Roster and schedule stay current

Because they are the same records your staff already maintain — nobody re-types a score onto a website.

Your colours and your logo

The same branding as the portal your families sign into.

Pages you control

Add what your program needs: staff, history, booster info, whatever matters.

Your own address

Your program at its own subdomain, or point a domain you already own at it.

Nothing published by accident

An athlete appears publicly only when someone turns it on for them.

Team travel rates

Away games, tournaments and camps, without the phone calls.

Negotiated hotel rates

Rates below public price on rooms near where you are playing, searched by the venue rather than by city.

What you saved, shown

Every rate carries the public price beside it, so the saving is a number you can put in front of a booster or a board.

Block bookings

Rooms for a travelling roster and the parents following it, held together.

Flights, cars and activities

The same rates cover getting there and getting around once you have arrived.

Role-based access, enforced server-side

A parent sees their own child. A coach sees their teams. Medical notes are restricted to medical staff — not by hiding a button, but by never sending the data.

Your colors, everywhere

Pick a scheme or set your exact school colors. Every page your coaches, athletes, and parents open uses them.

Works on the phone in your hand

The surfaces coaches use on a field and athletes use in a weight room are built for a phone first.

See it against your own season

Fifteen minutes, your actual roster, your actual schedule. You will know quickly whether it fits.
