About the league plans
A league pays for the competition. Every club in it gets its fixtures, roster, results and the table for free — they are not counted, and they are never charged for taking part.
Clubs never have to buy anything to take part. The coaching tools — playbook, film, practice plans — are an upgrade each club can decide about on its own, if they ever want to.
