Questions we get asked

Do parents and athletes cost extra?+

No. Every plan includes access for everyone in the program. You are charged for the program, not for the people who need to see it.

Can we move our existing roster in?+

Yes. Paste from a spreadsheet, or send us what you have and we will load it during onboarding.

What sports does it work for?+

All of them. Nothing in the product assumes a sport — the playbook, practice plans, and workouts are built the same way whether you coach volleyball or football.

Who can see medical information?+

Only the people you designate. Injury records are visible to coaching staff, but confidential medical notes are restricted to medical and trainer roles specifically.

Can we use our own colors?+

Yes. Pick a scheme or set your exact school colors, and every page your coaches, athletes, and parents see uses them.

We run a league. Do all our clubs have to buy something?+

No. A league manager pays for the league; the clubs in it get their fixtures, roster, results and the table for free, for as long as they want. Coaching tools — playbook, film, practice plans — are a separate upgrade any club can decide about on its own.

Our clubs have never heard of you. Can they still take part?+

Yes. You enter their team, we send their contact a link, and they set it up from there. No club needs an account before you can put them in a division.

What if we only want part of it?+

Turn on what you use. A club that only wants scheduling and rosters never sees the strength module.
